General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and 1243bet ("1243bet", "the Platform", "We", "Us"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 1243bet website at 1243bet.net, including all sports betting markets, casino games, live dealer tables, crash games, and promotional features, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 1243bet platform and close your account by contacting our support team. These Terms apply to all players accessing 1243bet from Bangladesh, including players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh, as well as any other location from which access is technically available.

• These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, tournament rules, or promotional terms published separately on the 1243bet platform. In the event of a conflict, these Terms take precedence unless a specific provision expressly states otherwise.
• 1243bet reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be published at 1243bet.net/terms-conditions with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
• These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 1243bet.
• 1243bet operates as an entertainment and wagering platform. All gaming activities carry inherent financial risk. 1243bet strongly encourages all players to review our Responsible Gaming resources before placing any wager.
• Any failure by 1243bet to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of any other provision. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by 1243bet.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 1243bet platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of 1243bet is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an account or placing any wager.

• Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years of age. 1243bet operates a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. All accounts are subject to mandatory age verification before withdrawals are processed.
• Single account rule: Each individual may hold only one 1243bet account. Opening multiple accounts — whether to abuse bonuses, circumvent limits, or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
• Personal use only: Your 1243bet account must be for your personal recreational use only. Operating an account on behalf of a third party, using automated betting software, or using the platform for any commercial purpose is strictly forbidden.
• Not a self-excluded player: You must not be under a self-exclusion agreement with 1243bet or any associated gaming platform. Attempting to register while self-excluded is a breach of these Terms.
• Sound mental capacity: You must be acting voluntarily and of sound mind when placing wagers. 1243bet will not honour bets placed by players who demonstrate signs of impaired judgment due to any cause.
• Not an employee: Employees, directors, contractors, and immediate family members of 1243bet and its affiliated companies are prohibited from holding a player account or participating in any promotional activity.

Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of 1243bet services, including sports betting, live casino, slots, and financial transactions, you must register a verified personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. Providing false information at any stage of registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration and at any subsequent point that 1243bet deems necessary, you may be required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This process is a standard industry practice designed to confirm your identity, verify your age, and ensure the security of your account and funds.

• Accurate information: All details provided during registration — including your full name, date of birth, address, email address, and mobile number — must be truthful and accurate. 1243bet reserves the right to verify all submitted information against official identity documents.
• KYC documentation: Accepted identity documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Proof of address may be required in the form of a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months.
• One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one 1243bet account. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice, and any pending balances associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited if bonus abuse is identified.
• Account security: You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account credentials. 1243bet recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling any available two-factor authentication features. Do not share your login details with any third party.
• Contact details must remain current: You must promptly update your registered email address and mobile number if they change. 1243bet uses these contact details for critical account communications, including verification codes, withdrawal confirmations, and security alerts.
• Verification before withdrawal: Full KYC verification is required before any withdrawal request can be processed. Players who have not completed verification may deposit and play, but withdrawals will be held pending identity confirmation. This is a security measure to protect all players.
• Right to decline: 1243bet reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Declined applicants will be notified by email.

Deposits & Withdrawals

1243bet processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). We support the most widely used mobile financial services in Bangladesh — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay — as well as Visa and Mastercard for eligible players. All deposit and withdrawal requests are subject to the limits, processing times, and conditions described in this section and in the Cashier area of your account.

• Source of funds: All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. 1243bet will not process deposits from accounts belonging to third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be reversed and the associated account investigated.
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment channel used for the original deposit wherever possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement and applies to all withdrawal requests without exception.
• Wagering requirement before withdrawal: Funds deposited to your 1243bet account must be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before a withdrawal can be processed. This does not apply to active bonus funds, which carry their own wagering requirements as described in Section 5.
• Transaction limits: 1243bet applies daily, weekly, and monthly transaction limits that are displayed in the Cashier section of your account. These limits exist to protect players from excessive losses and to comply with financial monitoring obligations.
• Suspicious transactions: 1243bet reserves the right to delay, hold, or reverse any transaction that is flagged by our risk management or fraud prevention systems. In such cases, additional verification may be requested before the transaction is cleared.
• Dormant account fee: Accounts that have been inactive (no login, no transaction) for a continuous period of 12 months may be subject to a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100, deducted from the remaining account balance. Players will be notified via registered email prior to any dormancy fee being applied.

Bonus & Promotion Rules

1243bet regularly offers bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general rules, the specific promotion terms will prevail.

• One bonus per player: Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, each player is entitled to claim each specific offer once only. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times — including through the use of multiple accounts — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and winnings.
• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) is stated on each promotion page. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period.
• Maximum bet with bonus: While an active bonus is applied to your account, the maximum single bet or spin value is ৳500 unless a promotion's specific terms state a higher limit. Bets placed in excess of this limit during a bonus period may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games and table games may contribute at a lower rate (e.g., 10%–20%). Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms. Crash games including Aviator may have a different contribution rate.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses have an expiry date, after which any uncompleted wagering requirements and remaining bonus funds will be automatically forfeited. Expiry periods range from 7 to 30 days depending on the promotion and are clearly stated at the time of claiming.
• Right to modify or withdraw: 1243bet reserves the right to modify the terms of any promotion or withdraw a promotion entirely at any time. Players who have already claimed a promotion will not be adversely affected by changes made after the point of claiming, provided they continue to comply with the terms at the time of claiming.
• No cash equivalent: Bonuses have no cash value until wagering requirements have been fully met. Bonus balances cannot be transferred, gifted, or sold under any circumstances.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting, casino gaming, live dealer games, crash games, and any other wagering activity conducted on the 1243bet platform is subject to the general rules set out in this section, as well as any game-specific or sport-specific rules published in the relevant section of the platform. By placing any wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

• Bet acceptance: 1243bet reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at our discretion, including bets that are suspected to be placed with knowledge of irregular activity, match-fixing, or insider information. Acceptance of a bet confirmation on-screen does not guarantee payout if post-event investigation reveals irregularities.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits for each market, game, and bet type are displayed at the point of placing a wager. These limits may vary by sport, game type, event, and player account status. VIP players may be eligible for higher stake limits upon request.
• Cricket betting rules: For BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, and other cricket markets, 1243bet follows standard cricket betting settlement rules. Matches that are abandoned before a result is determined will be settled as void unless a Duckworth-Lewis result has been declared. In-play bets placed after a result event occurs (e.g., a wicket falls before the live feed updates) may be voided at 1243bet's discretion.
• Live betting: In-play betting markets are offered on selected events in real time. Due to the live nature of these markets, 1243bet reserves the right to suspend, withdraw, or void markets at any time without notice. Bets placed on suspended markets will not be honoured.
• System and software errors: In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or communication failure that affects the outcome or recording of a bet, 1243bet reserves the right to void the affected transaction. This includes, but is not limited to, errors in displayed odds, RNG malfunctions, or live stream interruptions in live casino environments.
• Payout verification: All winning bets and casino game results are verified by our risk and trading teams before large payouts are processed. Payouts confirmed as valid will be credited within the timeframe stated in Section 4. Payouts under review will be communicated to the player within 48 hours.
• RNG fairness: All slot games, virtual table games, and crash game outcomes on 1243bet are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Live casino games are streamed from regulated studios and are subject to the operating rules of the respective game providers, including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi.

Prohibited Conduct & Fair Use

1243bet is committed to maintaining a fair, secure, and enjoyable environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1243bet platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Fraud and identity misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, using fraudulently obtained payment credentials, or submitting forged identity documents.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers through multi-accounting, coordinated wagering designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage), or any other strategy that 1243bet determines to constitute abuse of our promotional system.
• Money laundering: Using the 1243bet platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity. All transactions are subject to anti-money-laundering monitoring and reporting obligations.
• Automated software and bots: Using any automated betting software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or other non-human mechanisms to place bets, interact with games, or exploit the platform in any way.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players in casino games or poker environments to gain an unfair advantage, share information, or manipulate game outcomes to the detriment of other participants.
• Hacking and tampering: Attempting to access restricted areas of the 1243bet platform, interfere with software code, exploit technical vulnerabilities, or manipulate RNG outcomes by any means.
• Abusive behaviour: Directing threatening, abusive, racist, or otherwise objectionable communications toward 1243bet staff or other players through any platform communication channel.

Account Suspension & Closure

1243bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and at any time, with or without prior notice. Players may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting our support team. This section outlines the circumstances under which accounts may be actioned and the procedures that apply.

• Voluntary closure by player: You may request the closure of your 1243bet account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of all applicable wagering requirements.
• Responsible gaming self-exclusion: If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, please specify this when contacting support. 1243bet will apply a self-exclusion flag to your profile that prevents re-registration. • Suspension pending investigation: 1243bet may temporarily suspend an account while an investigation into suspected prohibited conduct, fraud, or unusual activity is ongoing. During a suspension, you will not be able to log in, place bets, or make withdrawals. You will be notified of the suspension and its expected duration by email.
• Permanent closure by 1243bet: Where an investigation concludes that a breach of these Terms has occurred, 1243bet may permanently close the account. Any balance associated with confirmed bonus abuse, fraud, or money laundering activity will be forfeited. Legitimately deposited funds not connected to the breach may be returned at 1243bet's discretion.
• Closure due to ineligibility: If it is determined that you do not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 — including age requirements — your account will be closed immediately. Any winnings derived from bets placed during an ineligible period will be voided. Verified deposits will be returned where the player is of legal age but has breached another eligibility condition.
• Effect of closure on bonuses: Upon account closure for any reason, all unclaimed bonuses, active bonus balances, and incomplete wagering requirements are immediately forfeited. No compensation will be provided for forfeited bonus funds under any circumstances.
